Jorge Gutiérrez

President of Cogenera and General Director

Jorge Gutiérrez is president of Cogenera and general manager of Energía Eléctrica BAL, a GRUPO BAL company. He is an electrical engineer from the Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica del Instituto Politécnico Nacional. He has a master’s degree in energy saving systems, in which he obtained an honorable mention from the Universidad Anáhuac. He has held several public and private leadership positions, both in Mexico and internationally.
