Optimizing the Utility Workforce With Digital Tools and Collaboration Capabilities

Tuesday, Sept. 28 | 11 a.m. Eastern

The global skilled worker shortage is impacting the utility industry, but augmented reality/AI-powered “knowledge networks” can help solve today’s frontline challenges. Burns & McDonnell, ranked No. 1 in power by Engineering News-Record, and Librestream, a leading AR solutions provider for industrial workforces, have partnered to provide digital tools and collaboration solutions for the electric and gas utility industry that reduce O&M costs and improve safety.

This webinar will review lessons learned in leveraging AR and wearable technology on utility projects. It will explore how the partners provide large-scale workforce transformation through pairing Librestream’s Onsight platform with the project integration capabilities, technology experience and management services of Burns & McDonnell. In addition, we will take a granular look at a specific use case: NERC FAC-008 compliance, and how digital tools and collaboration solutions can be leveraged to optimize field inspections.
