James Duehning is the program management director for the Transmission & Distribution Group, leading the firm’s T&D programs across North America and assisting utility clients in developing and executing their capital programs. His experience includes over 15 years of providing project and program management execution on several multibillion-dollar programs and leading cross-functional teams to deliver electric utility programs and portfolios.
