Sunday, February 11

 Transportation
We will be offering two motorcoach shuttle transportation times from the Orlando International Airport to Cocoa Beach designated hotels, Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach and Hilton Cocoa Beach. 

The shuttle will take all guests to Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach for IM credentialing:

  • The first shuttle will depart from Orlando International Airport at 12 p.m.
  • The second shuttle will depart from Orlando International Airport at 3 p.m.

If you are unable to utilize the shuttles provided, you will need to arrange transportation to your hotel location.

For all events where shuttles are provided, we will need to know from which hotel you will be departing. Please indicate your response in the registration form below.

IM-1 Mission Credentials
Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach
1-4:30 p.m.

We will start our time together by completing credentialing requirements to attend pre-launch events in your designated launch program.

Hilton Cocoa Beach Transportation
4:30 p.m.

Following the completion of IM-1 credentialling at Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach, we will provide shuttles to Hilton Cocoa Beach at 4:30 p.m.

Happy Hour at The Alibi
5:30-9:30 p.m.

Join Burns & McDonnell for a happy hour at The Alibi with light bites, craft cocktails and The Big Game.

Shuttle Transportation
Parking is limited at The Alibi and use of our provided shuttles is highly encouraged. We will be offering shuttles from Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach and Hilton Cocoa Beach. Boarding begins at 5:00 p.m., with a strict departure of 5:15 p.m. Shuttles will return guests to their hotels starting at 8:30 p.m. with a second shuttle option after The Big Game.

Monday, February 12

IM-1 Mission Credential Alternative Option
If you are unable to obtain your IM-1 Mission Credentials on Sunday, we will be offering and alternative pick-up time from 1-3 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI). If your schedule does not allow for pick-up on Monday, please contact IM1_GuestOps@burnsmcd.com

Coconuts on the Beach
6-10 p.m.

Coconuts on the Beach is a 21-and-over-only event. We will be enjoying a relaxed evening with dinner and music on the beach. Sandals are optional in the sand!

Shuttle Transportation
Parking is limited at Coconuts on the Beach and the use of our provided shuttles is highly encouraged. We will be offering shuttles from Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach and Hilton Cocoa Beach. Boarding begins at 5:15 p.m., with a strict departure of 5:45 p.m. for the event. Shuttles will return guests to their hotels post-event. 

Tuesday, February 13
Launch Day

Hilton’s Salt Restaurant
12:30-3 p.m.

Join us for a come and go lunch. We’ll have a caricaturist available for some fun custom artwork to commemorate the event.

Transportation
Hilton’s Salt restaurant is within walking distance of Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach or you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Apollo/Saturn V Center
8:30 p.m.-2 a.m.

Launch has arrived! We’ll be enjoying late night snacks at SaturnV complex and launch viewing will be held at the Banana Creek bleachers.

The viewing will be an outdoor event and considerable walking will be involved. Please dress appropriately.

Shuttle Transportation
No personal cars or car service are permitted for launch viewing. All guests will board the provided shuttles at the Hilton Cocoa Beach at 7 p.m., with a sharp departure at 7:30 p.m. Guest will return to the Hilton Cocoa Beach no earlier than 3:30 a.m.

Wednesday, February 14

 Transportation
Following launch, we will offer one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon motorcoach transportation ride from our designated hotels in Cocoa Beach to the Orlando International Airport.

Please provide flight info in the registration below and indicate if you are interested in using the provided transportation.

If you are unable to utilize the shuttles provided, you will need to arrange transportation back to the airport.

Thursday, February 15

 Transportation
We will have one final mid-morning shuttle from our designated hotels in Cocoa Beach to the Orlando International Airport. Please indicate in the registration below if you are interested in using the provided transportation.
