Dominion's Strategic Underground Program is a 10-year initiative aimed at improving electric distribution reliability for Dominion's 2.5 million customers by converting the most outage prone overhead lines to underground. The targeted approach creates geographic resiliency and will significantly reduce the number of work repair locations following power outage events. Our ultimate goal is to reduce total time of restoration by 50 percent.
