9450 WARD PARKWAY EXPANSION — PHASE 2

In 2020, we opened phase two of the expansion, a new 142,000-square-foot building on our campus in south Kansas City to increase capacity by 22%. Since breaking ground in 2018, crews worked more than 134,000 hours on the project without any recordable safety incidents. The new development provides flexible work spaces for 2,100 employee-owners and Ampersand Field, an outdoor space for office-wide activities.
