Building construction and associated work spanned just 17 months from ground-breaking to occupancy. Within the 345,000 hours worked, there were zero safety incidents. Integrated design-build supported seamless delivery of the $85 million project.
Sustainable design features were incorporated inside and out, including the rerouting of a stream to mirror its original path for the first time in nearly a half-century. Crews constructed a bioretention and storage system along the drainage basin featuring plants and materials that absorb and naturally filter runoff.
